I have a LOT of catching up to do. I've been out shopping and such the past few nights. Tomorrow's the Christmas luncheon, and I want to give out little bags of cookies. That means I need to bake some more cookies. This is going to be a late one, kids. I have a few objectives:
1) My boss (aka the BIG BOSS) likes elephants. He collects them. So I'm going to make cutout cookies tonight, and cut out some elephants for his bag. But where do I get an elephant cookie cutter? I can't. Unless I want to pay $20 for a 'circus animals set.' Right. So I downloaded an image from google of an elephant cookie cutter, messed with it in PhotoShop, and will use that as a template.
2) I have to finish those Christmas mice.
3) I'm going to make some spritz cookies. Cripes. I can crank out 100 of them with very little effort.
4) Maybe some pizzelles. If I don't pass out first.

I am sorry but that is a funny picture!
This is what makes CookieCam so unique. Great stuff - I know its a funny picture, but its amazing what happens when the camera's on.
