Day 3 of CookieCam 2004 will go down in the annals as the day I remembered how much easier it is to bake with parchment paper. It keeps the cookie sheets clean. It helps the cookies bake better, and it makes me feel so much more professional.

Once I bought the necessary cinnamon, I could finish making my snickerdoodles. I love making snickerdoodles. They look great. They taste great, and they're very difficult to destroy. Even that pesky Russian judge would give me at least a 9.2 for my snickerdoodles. The only little fallacy was that I made them a bit on the large side, giving me only 2 dozen instead of 3 dozen.

Next, I moved onto gingerbread people. I think Gingerbread may be an aquired taste. I hated it as a girl but now it's among my favorite cookies to eat. I baked a whole commune of gingerbread people. As you can see below, I started to grow bored by the end.

I got bored

Tomorrow night I'll decorate the gingerbread commune and the snowflakes from last night. 8pm EST.
