5:24: CCC1 out. Omigosh, each cookie is about the size of a small country. I have the 2nd tray ready to go in, but I think I'll take a little dough off of each cookie
5:32: CCC2 in oven
5:41: CCC2 out; CCC3 in
5:47: CCC3 out; burned bottoms. Thanks, Michael Graves. Your cookie sheet will be used for frozen pizza for now on. CCC4 in.
5:55: CCC4 out, CCC5 in
6:04: CCC5 out.

6:15: Gingerbread People Batch 1 in oven
6:20: GP1 out
6:29: GP2 in
6:34: GP2 out; GP3 in
6:36: GP3 out; cleanup of baking trays.

Now I'm SUPPOSED to quit, but I think I'll make up some frosting first. Not like I have anything else pressing to do....
