I’ve had my soul crushed before by candidates that I’ve voted into office. I’ve cast votes for candidates on both sides of the aisle, and parties that barely have a seat in the room. Eventually, they’ve all disappointed me.
Can this time possibly be different?

I think he’s the real deal, it’s just a question of whether the system will allow him to follow his “dream”. Looking on the bright side, anyone is better than Bush/Cheney.

The only thing that is going to change is Bush won’t be in the White House any longer. The Congress, on both sides of the aisle, won’t let it happen.
