Before I leave you all with the impression that I constantly sport the Dale Evans-do…here’s what it looks like on a daily basis when I don’t bad-touch it with the hot rollers. Short, kicky, even a bit punky if I really want it to be. So even if it’s not the Samantha Who-do or even the picture I brought into the stylist’s…I do like it.

The necklace and earrings were crafted by me! I made every link myself with twisted wire. Beading, you horrible craft…sucking up my time and funds and preventing Akromah from levelling properly.
I’m all by myself in my department until next Thursday or so. My Outlook task list is creaking under the stress of all that needs to be done, but I’m relaxed and productive.
I haven’t had a Mountain Dew since the beginning of the month. That may change upon the arrival of the new vending machines. Our old ones didn’t carry Dew and actually charged 10 cents more for Pepsi products than Coke products. Odd. Anyway, I’ve been trying to get into habit of having green tea in the mornings. This week’s flavor is “Wegman’s Organic Green Tea with Jasmine. It’s not so bad. Then again, I would marry the Wegman’s brand if I could.
My Christmas shopping is just about done - I only need to get my Pollyanna gift for Christmas Eve, and something for Kristen, my brother’s girlfriend. If the weather’s good this weekend I may drag WM onto the speedline to see the Holiday Light Show at Macy’s. That show’s been around since my mom was a little girl, and even though ownership of the store has changed a few times…the show still persists. And as corny and low-tech as it is, it’s part of Christmastime for me.

I don’t comment much (ok, never) - but that haircut is so flattering on you. Don’t “bad touch” it with the hot rollers it doesn’t need it. Merry Christmas to you and the WM and the cute furballs you live with.

The hair has redeemed itself, and the Tina-Fey-sey-librarian glasses… all you need is a mysterious scar!
